About the ISB BGIC

The International School Brunei Borneo Global Issues Conference (ISB BGIC) is an annual Model United Nations (MUN) simulation aimed at raising awareness of serious world issues, developing public speaking skills and growing responsible global citizens.

The focus is upon the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) - a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity.

By taking part in this conference you are showing future employers and Universities that you have an understanding of global concerns and current affairs as well as debating and presentation skills in a formal environment. These are highly admirable skills.

No previous experience is necessary and ISB will be running workshops to help develop your knowledge and skills.
